Buyers should be forewarned that Window Nation does not produce their own windows but has some blazon of business relationship with Vytex Windows whereby Vytex makes the windows and, to farther complicate, Vytex uses contractors to install the windows. Why does this affair? Because when something goes wrong, it becomes seemingly impossible to become someone to set the problem. I spent several thousand dollars to replace xiv windows. 5 months later, one window will not properly latch and lock. For the last 3 weeks I have tried unsuccessfully to get someone to repair the window. The response from Window Nation is, "We have contacted the contractor (Vytex)." The response from Vytex has been admittedly cipher, it is as if they exercise not exist.

Additionally, information technology took half dozen months from the date of buy to the actual install date. The installation was problematic and, once more, this appears to be the product of poor advice between Window Nation and Vytex. My installation appointment was mismanage, the installers rushed through the walk through, and ignored that they had left hand smudges on the exterior of several 2d and tertiary story windows. Lastly, after completing a review of my experience with the visitor, the sales representative sent me an email asking if I would give him a better review. I accept since filed a complaint with the Better Business organisation Bureau. In the meantime, I encourage buyers to advisedly consider using this company. I know I will never use them again.
